Water Crisis & Daily Consumption of 25 Liter

The water crisis is affecting some of the world's largest cities. Cape Town, one of Africa's wealthiest metropolises, with a population of four million, is facing significant challenges in terms of access to water. Increased by population growth and climate change, the worsening record drought is triggering one of the world's most dramatic urban water crises. South African leaders are warning that residents of the region will soon face "Day Zero," where water supplies to homes and businesses will be shut off due to the dangerously low levels of the city's water source.

Due to the critical depletion of the city's water source, water supply to homes and businesses has been cut off. Researchers studying water quantities recommend that per capita water usage should not exceed 25 liters to use the source most efficiently.

People are struggling to meet their basic needs, such as cooking, showering, and cleaning, with the limited 25 liters of water they have throughout the day.

The arrival of "Day Zero" is a matter of time.

Therefore, by taking actions like taking shorter showers, washing fewer clothes, handwashing dishes, and, in short, adopting a more responsible water consumption approach, we can prevent this scenario. We should use our water more consciously and inform our entire community about this issue.
